Our Program

The success of our age group/senior competitive swimming program is the result of a well planned and well organized series of developmental groups with a clear set of objectives consistent with our team philosophy.

The PACK Swim Team is a USA Swimming Team for children ages 6 through 18 based at Pittsford Mendon High School's Pool. Our program runs from September to August and our purpose is to develop the total athlete in a positive, supportive environment through wholesome, achievable objectives.

The PACK coaching staff is composed of trained, certified professionals who are interested in each swimmer reaching his or her own potential. All of our coaches work hard to provide the highest quality instruction and training for all our swimmers. They invest enormous amounts of time and energy encouraging and supporting our swimmers.

PACK's graduated year-round program has been developed to allow each swimmer to reach their maximum potential. In a caring and personalized atmosphere, the swimmer learns the discipline and commitment of hard work along with the joy and fun of team friendships. The swimmer also develops a positive self-esteem that permeates all aspects of the young person’s life. Our cohesive team spirit is reflected in the enthusiasm and camaraderie among coaches, parents, and swimmers.  A strong parent participation and support of the professional coaching staff ensures the success of the PACK Swim Team on all levels.
